SHIPPING POLICY

At Sorceress of the Soul, we ship all oracle card decks via Australia Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

To keep things simple and transparent, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $11.99 across Australia. This cost helps cover postage as well as protective packaging to ensure your deck arrives in perfect condition.

All orders are carefully packed with intention and care, so your deck reaches you safely and ready to use.

RETURNS POLICY

At Sorceress of the Soul, we are a small business with limited stock, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

However, if your deck arrives damaged or faulty, we will always support you in making it right. In these rare instances, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear proof of the issue (such as photos of the damage or defect).

Once your request has been received and reviewed, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution.

We encourage you to check your order upon arrival and reach out as soon as possible if anything feels out of alignment.
